Here you will find answers to some of the most common questions dealing with the water subscription program or how the water delivery works.
Question 1:  
I forgot to go pick up my water on the day it was delivered.  Can I have extra water delivered on another delivery day to make up for the water I did not get?
Answer 1:  
No, the water does not accrue.  If you forgot to pick up your water, you forfeit that water that was delivered that day.
Question 2:  
I am going to be out of town for several weeks and will be unable to get by to pick up my water.  Can I be reimbursed for the value of the water that I do not pick up? 
Answer 2:  
No.  The prices of the water under the subscription program are very low because you have made a long term commitment.  Consider it in relation to a magazine subscription.  You can choose to pay the "off the stand" retail price for a single issue, or you sign up to receive an issue every month for a specified period of time, a subscription, which is priced at a substantial reduction in price in comparison to the single issue price. 

If you know that you are going to be out of town and will be unable to get by to pick up your water, you may have some one else pick up your water for you, if you like.  But keep in mind, that empty bottles must be returned to us in order to receive water for the next delivery day.

Question 3:  
I already own some 5 gallon reusable water bottles, may I use those instead of the 3 gallon bottles to have the water delivered?
Answer 3:  
No, you may not have water delivered from the spring in 5 gallon bottles.  There is a lot of research out there indicating that water can pick up the energy that it is exposed to and I have discovered that I am not very happy walking across my yard carrying 5 gallon bottles of water and I would not want to accidentally impart any negative energy to your water.
